A bite at Bills Darlinghurst

I ventured into the city yesterday for a meeting. Bills Darlinghurst was the venue. Whilst we only consumed coffees and peppermint teas during the meeting, as soon as all was finalised we decided to stay on and partake in some of Bills simple, fresh food.  Bill Granger is known for his relaxed style of cooking. Originating from Melbourne to attend art school in Sydney, Bill undertook waitering jobs to supplement his income. He has a hands-on approach, starting out as a home-cook.
