Welcome to my new blog. For those interested “les plaisirs du plat” actually translates to “delights or pleasures of the dish”. I thought it appropriate for a food writing blog. As for myself – I am a mother, freelance writer, blogger and artist. I like all things creative and receive great joy from reading all sorts of books, especially cooking books.
