  Gently squeeze the chocolate out onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. First, run the chocolate back and forwards in one direction, then go back lengthwise over the the first layer. Repeat as many times as required. I like to make a few extra in case of breakage. Believe me, they will be eaten anyway! Lattice made from chocolate makes a perfect cake topper for any party cake. It’s Friday. Yay! The start of the weekend. What better way to start the weekend than with this sweet and textured cake with it’s glossy icing and bright cherry topping?
